Jan's book finally arrived earlier this week from the printer. I titled it, An Uncommon Faith, to reflect Jan's faithfulness throughout her cancer journey. About a third of the book is Jan's Caringbridge entries. For ordering information, go to the website: janmoses.atspace.com
Sara posted the website and was a big help in putting the book together. My prayer is that the Lord will continue to use Jan's testimony to encourage others to a higher level of trust in our Lord, Jesus Christ, regardless of their circumstances. In a few weeks, I may send copies to a few Christian publishers and see what happens. Otherwise, I'm very content just to keep it self-published and have more printed in the future if needed.
David has finished his second week at his new job in Virginia. Seems to be adjusting well. Hannah had some exciting stories last week to share. Riverbend Baptist Camp had about 850 campers, their largest ever, and the area received record rainfall. Cabins were flooded, toilets overflowed, and outside activities were canceled. Plus, the camp was shorthanded. Hannah was exhausted by week's end. But she learned a lot about endurance, diligence, determination, and even joy.
On Monday, Sara and Hannah will start a 5 week college algebra course at the local community college. Also on Monday, I'll be starting school for Jonathan and Martha. We'll be doing the usual math, English, and science. But our primary focus will be character building. Pray that the Holy Spirit will work in Jonathan, Martha, and me to build stronger character. May you, too, experience God this summer in whatever task you face.

What a tribute to God and Jan! It's so good that you had the vacation and good family time. You guys will always find a way to be together.
The photos are so inspiring. Your memories are a treasure no one can take away.
For those difficult days when "He's the Lifter of [your] heads", remember Jesus and Jan are in the grandstands laughing together and cheering you on. Our days of faith are multiplied immensely when walking through these valleys. The measure of love by faith creates immeasurable love by sight. I believe that's why we have this opportunity to love Jesus more and more each day. When we see Him, the Lover of our souls, indescribable love and joy will emanate between us. So, too, the greater joy is on the other side.
I realize that this sounds theoretical, but I also realize that you guys are experiencing that, through your difficulties and your triumphs.
'Hope to see the book sometime soon.
Our 2 oldest daughters are getting married, so can't buy it right now. I will soon.
Blessings,
Ruth Triebel
